DELEGATE Registration Fees Include:

  • Participation in One-on-One meetings.
  • Entrance to the booth area.
  • Welcome cocktail reception.
  • Daily buffet lunch on all three One-on-One meeting days.
  • Gala Dinner.
  • Coffee and tea throughout each meeting day as well as pre-scheduled coffee break snacks during mornings and afternoons on each One-on-One meeting day.
  • Event bag, delegate badge, event giveaway items, and event information.

SPOUSE Fees Include:

  • Welcome cocktail reception.
  • Daily buffet lunch on all three One-on-One meeting days.

  • Coffee and tea throughout each meeting day as well as pre-scheduled coffee break snacks during mornings and afternoons on each One-on-One meeting day.

Definition of SPOUSE:

For registration purposes, a spouse will be defined as a wife, husband, girlfriend, or boyfriend accompanying one who has registered as a main delegate. Spouses are not entitled to take part in the One-on-One sessions or collect conference materials.

No Show - Failure to show up for the conference without informing the Organizer in advance will result in you being Charged the FULL Conference Fee.
