GETTING TO MARRIOTT HONG KONG SKY CITY HOTEL (EVENT LOCATION) And REGAL AIRPORT HOTEL
Airport Transfers are NOT Provided. All delegates are responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport. Taxi or the Hong Kong Airport Express (MRT System) are the most recommended modes.
HKIA / Regal Airport Hotel
The Regal Airport Hotel is connected to Hong Kong International airport. It’s a five minute walk from the airport lobby to the Regal Airport Hotel lobby; simply follow the signs for “Regal Airport Hotel”.
HKIA / Marriott Hong Kong SkyCity Hotel (for hotel guests only)
Use the hotel’s free shuttle service between Hong Kong International Airport and the hotel.
Due to the renovation of the Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 2, the hotel has relocated its Airport shuttle bus pick-up point to Car Park 1, Bay 11/12 Terminal 1 effective from 19 February 2019. The last bus departs from airport at 12:45 am.
Should you need any assistance, please contact the hotel’s Airport representative at B05 Marriott Counter in Terminal 1. Alternatively, Airport Express can be taken from Airport Station to AsiaWorld-Expo Station (one stop). You can then walk from the AsiaWorld-Expo station to Marriott (about ten minutes).

Regal Airport Hotel /Marriott Hong Kong SkyCity Hotel (Conference Venue)
You can take a taxi between the two hotels, or from Regal Airport Hotel, walk to Terminal 1 at HKIA and take the Airport Express Link train to AWE station. From AWE station, walk to Marriott SkyCity Hotel (approximately 5-10 minute walk).

ALL delegates must do onsite registration in order to pick up conference bags, name badges, and other materials. Onsite registration can be done according to the following schedule:

We recommend that you do this upon arrival in order to avoid the rush that normally happens just before
the cocktail reception starts. You would also be doing staff a big favor and allow us to better serve you!

New users can search “WCA Events” in the Apps Store and Play Store or scan one of the below QR Codes.
Please ensure that your company has settled all pending payments for registration, hotel reservations and other items otherwise your accommodation arrangements may not be guaranteed and you will not be able to pick up your conference badge.
