It is estimated that over 25,000 cups of tea, coffee, and drinking water will be served to exhibitors and delegates throughout the conference week. The coffee break sponsor will have their company logo, name, and website printed on each cup served on the day of the conference.

These cups will be the only cups used inside the meeting hall and offer an excellent and value for money opportunity for your company to be the word on everyone’s lips. Your company branding will be spread around the event all day by attendees.

Note that all members are limited to a maximum of One Full page advertisement in the conference directory (USB Thumb Drive format) regardless how many booths/sponsorships or a combination both they have taken.  This does not apply to Signature Event Sponsors and Official Conference Sponsors who will receive a maximum of Two Full pages of advertising.

  • Follow the online instructions and please be sure to enter the correct information.


  • Shortly after confirming your order, an invoice will be emailed to the address you provided during the registration process.
  • Payment should be made immediately in order to secure your order.  This is a very popular sponsor item and sells out quickly.
  • Payment (in USD) can be made online via credit card. Should you wish to pay by other means then please send an email to so that we can advise alternative payment methods.
