WCA Conference Week in Macau has been rearranged for 22-28 February 2021. The rearranged event will take place at the same venue and comprise both WCA First and WCA Worldwide Conferences.

We have made every effort to rearrange the conference in 2020, but unfortunately no practical venue could be identified that was large enough to accommodate the conference within a suitable country and timescale. As you can imagine the Coronavirus situation in Asia has led to unprecedented demand for large event venues across other regions of the world.

To ensure that every member has the best possible networking opportunities in 2020, we are pleased to announce that we have been able to take measures to expand capacity and access to our exciting program of conferences in 2020 as outlined below.

1. Already a hugely popular event, the WCA Americas Regional Conference in Miami has been enhanced to enable us to accommodate in excess of 700 delegates. This unique event has grown with every edition and we expect the event to sell out rapidly, so we encourage you to secure your place as soon as possible.
2. The Sino International Conference will also be expanded to accommodate additional delegates and will be planned for October. Specific details regarding the venue and dates will be announced as soon as the information is available.

For members with credit from the postponed Macau event for delegate bookings, booth bookings or sponsorship, you have a range of options available. These include using the credit for bookings at the WCA Americas Conference or applying the credit for the rearranged Macau conference in 2021. If booth holders apply their credit to the Macau conference they will secure the same booth position as assigned for 2020.

The unprecedented Coronavirus situation has created numerous challenges for our members, particularly in China, and WCA is working hard to assist members in any possible way.
